4 Color Cat
I used Photoshop Elements 3. I created a selection box that was half the height and the width. Then I used Enhance>Adjust Color>Color Variations. Changing only the midtones, I clicked increase red, increase green, increase blue, and decrease blue for each of the different squares. Then I used the Filter>Brush Strokes>Spatter set at Radius 13 and Smoothness 6.
